At Football Kits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please review the following policy.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

• Proof of purchase or the order confirmation is provided.

• The product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• The requested replacement item or size is available in stock.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Football Kits.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and labels are attached.

• Proof of purchase or the order confirmation is provided.

• The product shows no signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by Football Kits.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may request either a replacement or a full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Football Kits will cover all shipping costs related to approved manufacturing defect claims.

All returned products will be inspected by our quality control team. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper washing, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used or washed.

• Products without their original tags or packaging.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

• Personalized or customized products, including items printed with custom names or numbers.

• Socks or other personal-use items once their packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

• Clearance or final sale items, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

• Your order number.

• Your full name and contact information.

• The product name and size.

• The reason for the return or exchange.

• Clear photos of the product if reporting a manufacturing defect.
